"Voices of the Drum" Presentation

Transpersonal psychologist and author Bryan Negrón Quiñones will present his work Voices of the Drum: Spiritual Awakening and Transpersonal Psychology in the Caribbean at the House of Studies on Crossed Spiritism “La Caridad”, in a virtual meeting aimed at the spiritualist community of Cuba.

This intimate presentation, conducted through messages and short audio recordings via WhatsApp, seeks to create a spiritual and cultural bridge between Puerto Rico and Cuba, exploring how the drum becomes a tool for healing, ancestral memory, and expansion of consciousness .

During the activity, the author will share reflections, excerpts from the book, and personal experiences that intertwine psychology, Afro-Caribbean spirituality, and the symbolic power of sound.
It will be a conversation from the soul — a dialogue where the drum speaks, heals, and remembers.
